You are responsible for making sure the names, dates, messages, and other details you submit are accurate and do not violate anyone else's rights.
Please do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on another person's copyright or trademark.
3. Personalized Orders
Because each song is custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Minor differences in voice, pronunciation, timing, or musical interpretation are a normal part of creating personalized content.
4. Revisions
If we make an error based on the information you submitted correctly, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Requests to change information that was submitted incorrectly by the customer may require an additional fee.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom songs, orders generally cannot be refunded once production has begun.
Refunds may be considered if:

* A technical issue prevents completion of your song.
* We determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
6. Ownership and Personal Use
You may use the finished personalized song version for personal messaging with our recipient pick up system, We do not offer downloads The recipient has 30 days to access the gift song.
My Song Gift retains ownership of the underlying music, arrangements, software, and production materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may share your song with friends and family and on personal social media accounts as a link to the access library.
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in advertising requires our written permission.
7. Voice Technology
Some songs may use artificial intelligence, voice synthesis, or voice-cloning technology to create personalized content.
By submitting information, you confirm that you have the right to request any names, messages, or voices used in your order.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
